RETURN POLICY FOR MERCHANDISE
We will gladly exchange the item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please fill out the return form found in your order shipment confirmation within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be expected. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect condition with all original tags attached. Online credit will be issued as soon as we receive the item back.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
All content of our website including texts, images (expect of those that belong to Artists), logos, graphics belong to Octopus Recordings. Sharing of the existing links, reproductions of those are allowed only for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use is prohibited without a written permission.
SECURE PROCESSING FOR MERCHANDISE
We use Stripe as our credit card processor. We do not store your full credit card number or CVC code after we submit it to Stripe. Stripe does store and protects this information. They are a major credit card processor who specializes in handling this information. You can find out more about Stripe and their PCI compliance at their website.
